When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major sales events, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before you receive a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pacifiers and teethers cannot be returned.
What materials do you use for your products?
Safety and quality are our top priorities. Our apparel is typically made from eco-friendly Tencel Lyocell or organic cotton, while our mealtime products are crafted from food-grade silicone that is free from BPA, PVC, and phthalates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do I care for my Loulou Lollipop products?
For apparel, we recommend a cold machine wash on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. For silicone teethers and bibs, simply wash with warm soapy water or place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
